Aberystwyth with the National Library of Wales, University of Wales and the famous Cliff Railway only 11 miles North, slightly further
a field is Machynlleth with the Centre of Alternative Technology and King Arthur's Labyrinth. To the South is Aberaeron with its
Georgian architecture and Honey Ice Cream Parlour just 4 miles away. Next is New Quay renowned for its Sea Life Boat Trips and Dolphin
sightings.
Inland to Tregaron an historic drovers Market Town where you can visit Rhiannon's Welsh Gold Centre and various studios of Local Potters,
Woodworkers and Craftsmen. 
The Therapist
Mary is a fully qualified and experienced ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) massage therapist and has diplomas in Anatomy,
Physiology, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. Mary has also undertaken an introduction to Cranio-Sacral Therapy and has completed the Cruse
bereavement-counseling course. An on going interest in massage therapy including courses in Romania and Spain and also more recently
the integration of Japanese techniques has enabled Mary to offer a truly unique enjoyable and beneficial treatment for people of all ages.
